Mr. Keke Zhang served as the Deputy Director of Shenzhen Science & Technology Bureau, Deputy Director of Shenzhen High-tech Office, Vice Chairman of Shenzhen Science and Technology Association, Deputy Director of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Industry-Research base (Peking University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Shenzhen Cooperation Institution), and Executive Dean of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Development Research Institute. Mr. Zhang successively participated in and presided over the construction of the national 863 integrated circuit design special service platform, the research on the development strategy of the cultural industry in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and the development of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border Lok Ma Chau. Mr. Zhang also participated in the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship workshops and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth entrepreneurship plan.
Dr. Ming Ge

Dr. Ge joined Hactl, a joint venture of Jardine Matheson Ltd. and Swire Group in 1995, was responsible for the design and development of automatic air cargo handling system at Hong Kong International Airport. He obtained a doctoral degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2003, then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the NSF Industry/University Collaborative laboratory in the United States. In 2004 he joined the Hong Kong Productivity Council and served as General Manager of the Shenzhen subsidiary, Senior Consultant of Mainland Affairs, and CEO of Mainland subsidiaries. In 2009, he was transferred to Headquarters, where he served as Principal Consultant and General Manager. In 2019, he engaged in establishing the Hong Kong Industrial Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Centre (FLAIR) as Chief Operating Officer.
